Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Garlic shoots
  • 1 Konnyaku
  • 1 tbsp Red miso or blended miso
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 2 1/2 tsp Weipa
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp White sesame seeds

Method

  • Combine the marked ingredients well.
  • Cut the garlic shoots into 5 cm pieces and cut the konnyaku into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a pan, heat the sesame oil.
  • Over medium-high heat, cook the garlic shoots and konnyaku together well.
  • When everything is cooked through, add the seasoning mixture to Step 1 and combine everything together and cook for another a few minutes.
  • Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
