Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) pound cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. mint chocolate chips
Method
- Microwave 1/2 cup chips on Medium (50%) for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
- Combine chocolate with rest of ingredients. Beat 4 minutes with electric mixer.
- Fold in remaining 1 1/2 cups mint chips.
- Pour into 9-inch round pan.
- Microwave at 50% for 3 minutes. Then microwave on High for 3 minutes.
- This will use 3 cups batter.
- Sprinkle with chocolate powdered sugar.
