Ingredients
- 2 pound pkg. frzn hash browns
- 1 pound hamburger, fried
- Onions (optional)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can potato soup
- 1 can lowfat milk
- 1 sm. can corn or possibly peas
Method
- Put in a 9 x 13 inch pan potatoes, hamburger and vegetables.
- Mix cream soups and lowfat milk; pour over top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
- Cover for 1/2 time, uncovered for last 1/2.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese last 15 min.
