Ingredients
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3 c. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
Method
- In a 1 1/2 qt. heat proof container, dissolve sugar in water. Cool and add lemon juice and peel.
- Mix well.
- Cover and store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
