Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Shape into small balls.
- Brown on all sides in a tablespoon of oil.
- If using spaghetti or other sauce, bring sauce to a boil, reduce heat, add meatballs then cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
