Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Pepperidge Farm white bread with crust cut off
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 stick and 2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Method

  • Mix cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and lemon juice together.
  • Mix 1 cup sugar and cinnamon together and place in bowl.
  • Roll out bread slices until thin.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture onto thinned bread and roll like jelly roll.
  • Dip bread and mixture into butter, then roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  • Freeze on cookie sheet.
  • Once frozen, place in plastic bag overnight.
  • Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
