Ingredients
- 1 loaf Pepperidge Farm white bread with crust cut off
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 stick and 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Method
- Mix cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and lemon juice together.
- Mix 1 cup sugar and cinnamon together and place in bowl.
- Roll out bread slices until thin.
- Spread cream cheese mixture onto thinned bread and roll like jelly roll.
- Dip bread and mixture into butter, then roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture.
- Freeze on cookie sheet.
- Once frozen, place in plastic bag overnight.
- Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
