- 1 c. cooking sherry
- 2 c. pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 (8 oz.) boneless chicken breasts
Method
- Marinate breasts in remaining ingredients for 24 hours.
