Ingredients

  • 5/8 cup milk chocolate classic
  • 5 5/8 tablespoons butter
  • 6 2/3 tablespoons wheat flour white
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 1/2 ounces praline
  • 4 egg whites

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Grease and flour a square baking pan.
  • Melt the chocolate and the butter together. Let cool.
  • In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and praline mix.
  • Add the unbeaten egg whites and mix to a smooth paste.
  • Mix in the chocolate mixture and combine until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
