Ingredients
- 5/8 cup milk chocolate classic
- 5 5/8 tablespoons butter
- 6 2/3 tablespoons wheat flour white
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 1/2 ounces praline
- 4 egg whites
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Grease and flour a square baking pan.
- Melt the chocolate and the butter together. Let cool.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and praline mix.
- Add the unbeaten egg whites and mix to a smooth paste.
- Mix in the chocolate mixture and combine until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
