Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry
  • 3 cans tuna
  • 4 9/16 cups frozen broccoli
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 7/8 cup mozzarella grated
  • garlic powder as needed
  • salt as needed
  • chives as needed

Method

  • Put the eggs in a large saucepan of salted water. Bring to a boil.
  • When eggs are half cooked, add the broccoli and corn. Do not overcook.
  • In a large bowl, add the well drained tuna. Add the mayonnaise, season with garlic powder, and add a bit of finely chopped chives.
  • Drain the broccoli, corn, and eggs.
  • Peel the eggs.
  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Add the broccoli and corn to the tuna, and mix well.
  • Spread this mixture on the bottom of a rectangular baking pan.
  • Spread the sliced eggs on top, and cover with grated cheese.
  • Spread the puff pastry on top, and make some light creases with a knife.
  • Bake until the dough is golden brown.
