Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 pt. blueberries
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crumb crust (purchased ready-made)
Method
- In medium bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch, and 1/2 cup water. Cook on High for 2 minutes, or until mixture boils 1 minute; mixture should be thick; stir.
- Stir in blueberries; cook on high for 3 minutes, stirring once.
- Pour into crust.
- Makes 8 servings.
