Ingredients
- 2 lb. sausage
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 3/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Fry the sausage in small balls. Drain. Mix together the remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Pour over the cooked sausage balls.
- Let stand overnight; serve warm.
