Ingredients
- 2 c. rice
- 2 Tbsp. bacon grease
- 1/8 tsp. comino
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- salt to taste
- 3 c. water
Method
- Saute rice and seasoning in bacon grease for 3 minutes.
- Add chicken broth, tomatoes and water.
- Mix well.
- Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
- Serve smothered with chili.
