Ingredients
- 5 c. plain flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Dissolve yeast in 4 tablespoons warm water. Sift dry ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Roll out on floured surface. Cut out biscuits.
- Bake at 400° until brown in ungreased pan. Dough may be stored in refrigerator for several days.
