Ingredients
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain juice)
- 1 c. raisins (optional)
Method
- Mix by hand and pour in lightly greased and floured sheet cake pan.
- Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Do not overcook.
