Ingredients
- 1 large can pie filling (any kind)
- 1 box graham cracker crumbs
- 1 box instant pudding (any flavor)
- 1 small container sour cream
- 1 c. milk
- 1 stick butter, melted
Method
- In casserole dish or oblong dish, place bread crumbs and melted butter and press along bottom.
- Mix pudding (dry), sour cream and milk in bowl.
- Pour mixture over pressed crumbs and smooth mixture out.
- Pour pie filling over pudding mixture and smooth out on top.
- Chill for 2 hours and cut into squares.
- Makes 15 to 20 squares.
