Ingredients

  • 1 large can pie filling (any kind)
  • 1 box graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 box instant pudding (any flavor)
  • 1 small container sour cream
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Method

  • In casserole dish or oblong dish, place bread crumbs and melted butter and press along bottom.
  • Mix pudding (dry), sour cream and milk in bowl.
  • Pour mixture over pressed crumbs and smooth mixture out.
  • Pour pie filling over pudding mixture and smooth out on top.
  • Chill for 2 hours and cut into squares.
  • Makes 15 to 20 squares.
