Ingredients
- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 2 c. cornbread mix
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, well drained
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Method
- Combine corn, milk and egg.
- Mix well.
- Stir in cornbread mix just until blended.
- Stir in green chilies and cheese.
- Pour into greased 9-inch square pan.
- Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
- Serve warm.
- Cut into squares.
