Ingredients
- 1# Velveeta Cheese block
- 3 4 oz. cans Ortega Diced green chiles
- 4 oz. soft cream cheese
- Chopped cilantro (optional)
Method
- Put Velveeta on waxed paper.
- Roll out cheese.
- Spread with cream cheese.
- Add drained green chiles and chopped cilantro (optional).
- Roll up and chill.
- Serve with Wheat Thins or sturdy tortilla chips.
