Ingredients
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn (don't drain)
- 1 small box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. cooking oil (or a little less)
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
Method
- Beat eggs; add all ingredients, except corn.
- Add the corn last.
- Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes until brown.
