Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can green chile enchilada sauce
  • 1 large can milk
  • corn tortillas
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Method

  • Brown meat and add green chilies and onion; season with salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste.
  • In microwave, stir together soups, enchilada sauce and evaporated milk.
  • Dip corn tortillas in grease for a second to warm.
  • Spray dish with Pam and tear corn tortillas up and cover bottom of dish.
  • Then add a layer of meat, a layer of soup and a layer of cheese.
  • Start over with tortillas and add all the layers again.
  • Top off with cheese.
  • Bake, covered, at 350° until bubbly.
