Ingredients
- 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 4 potatoes
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 3 green peppers
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. water
Method
- Mix favorite meat balls and add in cheese mix.
- Form into any size balls and put in casserole dish.
- Quarter potatoes, parboil, and drain.
- Put over meat balls in casserole.
- Cut peppers into strips and put over top.
- Mix soup with water; pour over all and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
- Serves 4-6.
