Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 2 large cans tomato sauce
  • 1 large can tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 large can sliced mushrooms
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 c. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 16 oz. flat medium egg noodles

Method

  • Scramble hamburger with salt and pepper to taste in frypan. Saute onion and green pepper in 2 tablespoons cooking oil.
  • Mix all ingredients in boiler and simmer 1 hour.
  • Cook noodles; drain.
