Ingredients
- 1 head chopped lettuce
- 1/2 box frozen peas
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 to 4 eggs, boiled and sliced
- Parmesan cheese
- paprika
Method
- Spread lettuce in 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Layer with celery, onion and water chestnuts.
- Spread mayonnaise over top.
- Sprinkle sugar. Sprinkle with Parmesan, peas and crumbled bacon.
- Top with sliced eggs and paprika.
