Ingredients
- 4 c. unsifted flour
- 1 lb. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
Method
- Work butter into flour and salt.
- Add egg yolks and sour cream and mix until well blended.
- Divide dough into 6 sections, shape each into a ball and lightly coat with flour.
- Refrigerate dough for several hours or overnight until well chilled.
