Ingredients
- 12 medium-size peaches
- 1/2 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 large size can biscuits
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Separate biscuits.
- Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
- In mixing bowl mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Cover each piece with sugar and cinnamon.
- Place on top of peaches.
- Return to oven.
- Bake until golden brown at 350°.
- Makes 12 servings.
