Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 marshmallows
- 2 c. thin cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Beat eggs slightly.
- Then add the sugar, cream and vanilla. Combine thoroughly.
- Place a marshmallow in the bottom of each of 6 custard cups and pour the custard mixture over them.
- Place the custards in a pan of hot water and bake at 325° for 40 minutes or until a silver knife will come out clean when inserted in the custard.
- Place in the refrigerator to cool and serve in the cups.
