Ingredients
- 1 c. rice (long grain), cook as directed
- 2 eggs
- 1 qt. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. raisins (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. nutmeg (optional)
Method
- Mix eggs, milk, salt and condensed milk together; add to cooked rice.
- Put on stove, bring to a low boil, remove after 1/2 to 1 minute.
- Add vanilla and raisins, cinnamon or nutmeg.
