Ingredients
- 1 flank steam
- Meat tenderizer (use as directed)
- 2 ounce. sherry
- 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. chile or possibly soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Accent
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
Method
- Marinate 2 to 4 hrs in pan or possibly dish in refrigerator, turning every 1/2 hour.
- Grill about 20 min on grill.
- To serve, cut in strips about 1 to 1 1/2 inches wide diagonally.
- Good served with a salad and crusty bread.
