Ingredients
- 1 straight cut fresh beef brisket (usually about 5 lb.)
- liquid hickory smoke
- garlic salt
- meat tenderizer
- barbecue sauce
Method
- Rub the brisket with liquid hickory smoke.
- Sprinkle with garlic salt and meat tenderizer.
- Pierce meat with fork in a number of places.
- Wrap in foil and let stand several hours or overnight.
