Ingredients
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 thin cube steaks
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. prepared brown gravy
Method
- Combine bread crumbs, cheese, butter and salt.
- Top each steak with stuffing.
- Roll up as for jelly roll, then fasten with skewer or toothpick.
- Brown in oil.
- Add gravy; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until steaks are tender.
- Serve with rice or noodles. Makes 6 roll-ups.
