Ingredients
- 3 lb. carrots
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 green sweet pepper, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
Method
- Wash, peel and cook carrots.
- Set aside.
- In a saucepan, mix and cook remaining ingredients for 7 minutes.
- Pour over carrots. Let set overnight.
