Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 3 c. thinly sliced potatoes
- grated cheese
Method
- Melt butter.
- Stir in flour, salt and paprika.
- Add milk and cook until thickened.
