Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon dill
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
- 3/4 cup chopped watercress
- 8 rye melba toast crackers
Method
- In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese, tarragon, dill, chives and watercress. Mix to blend well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Place a generous tablespoon of the cheese mixture on each Melba cracker.
