Ingredients
- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 small sweet onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Method
- Peel and slice carrots.
- Cook until tender.
- Drain.
- Slice green pepper and onion.
- Mix with carrots.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Heat just to a boil.
- Pour over carrots.
- Toss; then refrigerate overnight.
