Ingredients
- 15 oz. can asparagus spears, drained
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Place asparagus in a small shallow dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously; pour over asparagus. Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
- Yield: about 4 servings.
