Ingredients
- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. yellow mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Peel and slice carrots, cook until just tender.
- Drain.
- Mix onions, green pepper, sugar, salad oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Add to carrots.
- Chill.
