Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 34 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 12 cups pure maple syrup
- 12 cup whipping cream
Method
- In a medium sauce pan melt butter over medium heat.
- Add pecans.
- Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until pecans are toasted.
- Stir in pure maple syrup and whipping cream.
