Ingredients
- 1 can consomme
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) jar honey
- 6 to 8 cloves garlic
- 1 regular size bottle soy sauce
- 6 to 8 lb. pork spareribs
Method
- Have the butcher crack the ribs at 2-inch intervals.
- Cut ribs into 2-inch pieces.
- Marinate the ribs, best overnight.
- Set oven temperature to 350°.
- Take ribs out of marinade and roast for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Baste with marinade frequently.
- Turn up oven for the last few minutes to crisp the ribs.
