Ingredients
- 80 grams Cake flour
- 30 grams Katakuriko
- 30 grams Corn starch
- 60 grams Muesli
- 6 tbsp Maple syrup
- 5 tbsp Canola oil
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl, and mix well with a rubber spatula or something similar.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Scoop up the dough with a spoon, and lay them on the baking tray.
- The dough is quite stiff, so use two spoons.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes and they're done.
