Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. Carnation milk
  • 1/2 c. salad dressing
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3 c. cooked macaroni (small shell)
  • 2 (7 oz.) tuna, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimento
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

Method

  • Stir lemon juice into Carnation milk until milk thickens.
  • Add salad dressing, pepper and mustard; mix well.
  • Combine salad dressing and remaining ingredients in large bowl.
  • Toss lightly; chill.
