Ingredients

  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 dill pickle, chopped
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. dill pickle juice
  • 1 Tbsp. dill weed
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • paprika

Method

  • Boil potatoes with skins on (easier to peel when boiled). Hard-boil eggs.
  • Chop and mix in large bowl.
  • Add chopped celery and chopped pickle.
  • Mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl until smooth; add to potatoes.
  • Top with paprika.
  • (I use dry onions, as onion taste doesn't get stronger the next day.)
