- 5 medium potatoes
- 5 eggs
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 dill pickle, chopped
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. dill pickle juice
- 1 Tbsp. dill weed
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- paprika
Method
- Boil potatoes with skins on (easier to peel when boiled). Hard-boil eggs.
- Chop and mix in large bowl.
- Add chopped celery and chopped pickle.
- Mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl until smooth; add to potatoes.
- Top with paprika.
- (I use dry onions, as onion taste doesn't get stronger the next day.)
