Ingredients
- 1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1/2 tsp. each cinnamon and nutmeg
- 1 c. applesauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. raisins, finely chopped
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; blend, then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
- Pour into 2 greased and floured 8 x 4-inch loaf pans.
- Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 15 minutes.
- Remove.
