Ingredients
- 2 lb. slice smoked ham
- 6 medium size potatoes
- 2 large onions
- 1/2 c. flour
- sprinkle paprika
- milk
Method
- Place the slice of ham in the roasting pan.
- Peel and slice the potatoes; spread them over the ham.
- Sift flour and paprika over the potatoes.
- Peel and slice the onions on top of the flour mixture.
- Half cover the ingredients with milk.
- Cover the dish. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
- Uncover for the last 10 minutes of cooking time.
