Ingredients
- okra
- cloves of garlic
- hot pepper (optional)
- 1 tsp. dill
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salt
- 1 c. water
Method
- Wash and leave a little stem on okra.
- Place in jars with a clove of garlic and hot pepper and dill.
- Heat vinegar, salt and water and pour over okra and seal.
