Ingredients
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter (creamy)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 stick unsalted butter
Method
- put the peanut butter and butter in a big microwave safe bowl and wrap tight with stretch wrap
- cook on high for two minutes, stir re cover and cook two more minutes
- stir in powdered sugar and vanilla with a wooden spoon until all sugar is gone
- put fudge in any kind of pan you want lined with foil or parchment paper.
- push evenly into pan and oak it down
- place in the fridge for a couple hours.
- cut and serve
