Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) macaroni, cooked and drained
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. shredded sharp process cheese
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
Method
- Toss cooked macaroni in oil.
- Add all remaining ingredients. Place in lightly greased crock-pot.
- Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
- Stir several times.
