Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast (skinless and boneless)
- 1 pkg. of herb and garlic cheese
- Italian bread crumbs
- 4 slices of prosciutto ham (or possibly any sliced ham)
- 1 c. of lowfat milk
- Whole wheat flour
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Open breast and spread cheese, in a thick layer, roll breast, bring in outside edges first, then roll breast from end to end.
- Dip chicken in lowfat milk and egg beaten then roll in flour then roll in bread crumbs.
- Lightly brown chicken then wrap with ham.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
