Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast (skinless and boneless)
  • 1 pkg. of herb and garlic cheese
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • 4 slices of prosciutto ham (or possibly any sliced ham)
  • 1 c. of lowfat milk
  • Whole wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  • Open breast and spread cheese, in a thick layer, roll breast, bring in outside edges first, then roll breast from end to end.
  • Dip chicken in lowfat milk and egg beaten then roll in flour then roll in bread crumbs.
  • Lightly brown chicken then wrap with ham.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
