Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) box small macaroni
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can B & B sliced mushrooms with juice
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 small jar chopped pimiento
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 Tbsp. butter

Method

  • Cook macaroni according to package directions.
  • Mix soup, mushrooms and juice, mayonnaise, bell pepper, pimiento and onion thoroughly.
  • Pour over drained macaroni; mix well.
  • Grate cheese and stir into macaroni mixture.
  • Place in a baking dish.
  • Melt butter; mix with 1/2 box Town House crackers (crushed).
  • Cover top of casserole and bake in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
