- 1 (8 oz.) box small macaroni
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can B & B sliced mushrooms with juice
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 small jar chopped pimiento
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- Mix soup, mushrooms and juice, mayonnaise, bell pepper, pimiento and onion thoroughly.
- Pour over drained macaroni; mix well.
- Grate cheese and stir into macaroni mixture.
- Place in a baking dish.
- Melt butter; mix with 1/2 box Town House crackers (crushed).
- Cover top of casserole and bake in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
