- 1/2 c. no-fat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. no-fat mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. no-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 c. no-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. imitation crab
- paprika
Method
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese and seasonings. Mix well.
- Then stir in Cheddar cheese and crab.
- Cover.
- Chill 2 hours.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Serve with crackers, bread sticks or vegetables.
- Makes approximately 20 servings.
