Ingredients
- 1/2 None small cabbage, finely shredded
- 2 None red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 3 None medium carrots, coarsely grated
- 6 None spring onions, finely sliced
- 1 cup low-fat yogurt
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
Method
- Combine vegetables in a salad bowl. Whisk together yogurt, mustard and 2 tbsp water and season to taste. Pour over vegetables and toss to combine. Cover and chill before serving.
