Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd turkey
- 1 lg. onion, diced fine
- 2 1/2 c. V-8 juice
- 2 c. frzn cauliflower, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In large skillet, fry turkey and onions till onions are clear.
- Add in seasoning and V-8 juice.
- Bring to rolling boil.
- add in cauliflower; cook till cauliflower is tender.
- Serve.
- Chili pwdr may be added, if you wish.
- This dish may be frzn for future use.
